The short version
Use AgenticSource for normal API consumption, don't abuse it, pay your bill, respect the upstream licenses on the media we return, and we will provide a working service. Either side can end the relationship cleanly.
1. The service
AgenticSource is a search and routing API that returns metadata about licensed source media (photos, video, audio, icons, fonts, 3D, mockups) from public upstream providers. You query us via MCP over HTTP. We return URLs and license metadata. We do not host the media itself.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement
- One account per natural person or legal entity. Don't share API keys publicly
- You are responsible for any activity on your account, including API keys you create
- If a key is leaked, revoke it immediately from the dashboard
3. Acceptable use
You may use AgenticSource for any lawful purpose. You may not:
- Resell the API directly as a wrapper without adding meaningful product value
- Use it to harass, defame, or stalk any person
- Use it to generate or distribute illegal content (CSAM, content inciting violence, etc.)
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or quotas through multiple accounts or other circumvention
- Scrape, replicate, or republish the upstream media in violation of those providers' terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the above. We will give written notice (email) before any termination unless the violation is severe enough to require immediate action.
4. Media licenses
Every result we return carries license metadata directly from the upstream source (e.g., CC0, CC-BY, Unsplash License, Pexels License, Pixabay License). You are responsible for honoring the license on each asset you actually use.
If you pass commercial_safe_only: true on a search call, we filter out results tagged as non-commercial. This is a convenience, not a legal warranty. You should still verify the license on any specific asset you incorporate into a published product.
5. Plans and billing
Subscriptions
Pro and Stock+ are billed in advance, either monthly or annually. Annual plans get a 17% discount and are paid as a single upfront invoice. Renewals are automatic; you can cancel any time from the dashboard.
Boost packs
One-time purchases that add searches to your current billing cycle. They expire at next renewal. No refunds on consumed boost packs.
Refunds
14-day no-questions-asked refund on a first subscription payment. After 14 days, refunds on annual plans are prorated at our discretion. Boost packs are non-refundable.
Price changes
We may change prices with 30 days' notice via email. Existing paid subscribers stay on their current price until their next renewal. New customers and renewals after the notice date are on the new price.
Taxes
We use Stripe Tax to handle US sales tax automatically. International customers are responsible for any applicable VAT or local taxes unless we are required to collect them.
6. Service availability
We target high availability but we do not provide a contractual SLA on the indie tiers (Free, Pro, Stock+). The service runs on Cloudflare's edge network. We monitor uptime and respond to incidents in good faith.

7. Intellectual property
AgenticSource (the software, the website, the brand) is owned by the operator. The server source code is MIT-licensed on GitHub. The content of the website (copy, design, illustrations) is not licensed for reuse without permission.
You own anything you create using results from AgenticSource, subject to the upstream license on each individual asset.
8. Warranties and limitations
AgenticSource is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any specific asset will remain available , upstream providers can remove content at any time. We do not warrant the accuracy of license metadata beyond what each upstream provides.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email to active users at least 14 days before taking effect.
